Preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment and biological safety cabinets

Summary

The Polytechnic University of Madrid is procuring annual preventive maintenance for laboratory equipment at its Biomedical Technology Centre for an initial one-year term starting on 1 January 2027, with an option to extend for up to four years. The contract has two lots: Lot 1 covers KOETTERMAN fume cupboards, extraction arms, acid and base cabinets, and safety cabinets; Lot 2 covers biological safety cabinets and laminar-flow cabinets from various manufacturers. The equipment comprises 9 fume cupboards, 6 extraction arms, 7 acid and base cabinets, 4 safety cabinets, 6 biological safety cabinets and 2 laminar-flow cabinets. The total budget including VAT is €3,950.65: €2,643.86 for Lot 1 and €1,306.79 for Lot 2.
