Technical assistance for organisational and workforce development projects in Salamanca

Summary

Salamanca City Council is procuring technical assistance for organisational, management and human resources development projects for the Council and its dependent entities, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers improvements to the management-by-objectives system, annual audits and development of employee performance appraisal; Lot 2 covers citizen and municipal-service satisfaction studies, a biennial workplace climate study and an internal communications plan. The contract runs for two years, may be extended by up to two further years, and has an estimated value of EUR 387,408.
