Maintenance of thermal installations in the buildings of the Government Delegation in the Canary Islands

Summary

The Government Delegation in the Canary Islands is procuring, as a single contract, maintenance of existing heating, cooling and ventilation systems in the buildings of the Government Delegation and Subdelegation in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and the Foreign Health and Agriculture units. The work covers preventive and corrective maintenance and the operation of the systems, equipment and domestic hot-water production equipment. The contract runs for two years, with an option to extend it by a further two years; it is not divided into lots.
