Preventive and corrective maintenance of municipal lifts

Summary

Benalmádena City Council is procuring comprehensive maintenance for 40 lifts in its buildings, including the panoramic lift in Benalmádena Pueblo. The service covers predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, replacement of necessary spare parts, and repair of damage caused by vandalism, misuse, weather or animals; damage resulting from fires, disasters or explosions is excluded. The contract runs for two years, with an option to extend it by up to two years, and is not divided into lots.
