Summary

Algeciras Prison is procuring comprehensive maintenance services for its water supply and sanitation systems. The work covers preventive, legally required and corrective maintenance throughout the prison complex, including the pipework, valves, sanitary fixtures, water heaters, tanks and pumps serving 1,008 cells and other buildings. The contract runs for one year from 1 December 2026, or from a later contract signature date, and may be extended by one year; it is not divided into lots. Spare parts and materials are excluded from the maintenance service price and are purchased separately subject to the prison’s prior approval.
