Tent rental and installation for events in Oliva de Mérida

Summary

The Municipality of Oliva de Mérida is procuring the rental of a tent for Carnival and Candelas events, including transport, installation, assembly, operation and dismantling. A 15 × 35 m (525 m²) tent is to be installed for each of the two four-day events annually. The contract covers 2027 and 2028, with possible one-year extensions for 2029 and 2030; the estimated value is EUR 7,225 per year and EUR 28,900 over four years, excluding VAT. The scope also includes tent maintenance, repair of damage caused during installation and removal of the tent.
