Concession to manage La Constructora and Plaza Mayor public car parks

Summary

Alzira City Council is granting a single 15-year concession for the joint management and operation of the La Constructora and Plaza Mayor public car parks. The service covers parking operations, payment management and user assistance, as well as maintenance, cleaning, renovation and updating of the facilities and their technical systems. La Constructora has an estimated 90 usable spaces out of 92, while Plaza Mayor has 259 spaces; the contract is not divided into lots.
