Balcony rehabilitation works at the residential building at 88 Sant Pere Més Baix

Barcelona d’Infraestructures Municipals (BIMSA) is procuring the rehabilitation of 50.40 m² of balconies at a residential building at 88 Sant Pere Més Baix in the Ciutat Vella district. The works include removing the existing metal structures, installing new cantilever beams and lightweight concrete slabs, waterproofing and finishing the balconies, and cleaning and repainting the existing railings.
