Service for removing asbestos-containing fibre cement and contaminated materials in Córdoba

Summary

SADECO is procuring a service to remove and manage illegal deposits of asbestos-containing fibre cement and other contaminated insulation and construction materials in Córdoba. The work includes collection, temporary storage, transport, disposal and documentation of waste management in the city and its outlying districts, as well as at the Juan Revilla Environmental Complex. The service is not divided into lots and is paid at unit rates according to actual needs; estimated annual quantities are 20 collections of up to 60 kg, 24 of 61–120 kg, 15 of 121–240 kg, 6 of 241–500 kg and 5 of more than 501 kg. The initial contract term is one year from 8 January 2027 or, if later, from contract signature, with an option to extend for one additional year; the one-year budget is EUR 41,961.92 excluding VAT and the estimated value for two years is EUR 83,923.84 excluding VAT.
