Cleaning services for Cartes municipal market and events

Summary

The Municipality of Cartes is procuring Sunday market cleaning in the La Llanada industrial area of Santiago de Cartes, together with supplementary cleaning for other events such as the Christmas market and municipal festivals. On market days, four areas covering 3,996 m² and approximately 90 stalls must be cleaned: two workers collect waste and sweep the area on Sundays from 15:00 to 19:00. When strong winds carry waste beyond the market area, the affected area must also be cleaned as needed; at least 200 cleaning hours per year are reserved for other events. The contract runs for one year and may be extended up to three times for one year each, for a maximum total term of four years; it is not divided into lots.
