Handling and transport of parcels for the Spanish general elections on 29 November 2026

Summary

The Government Subdelegation in Castellón is procuring the handling, packaging, transport and distribution of electoral materials for the Spanish general elections on 29 November 2026. The work covers an estimated 8.31 million ballot papers, envelopes and other printed materials, distributed to 135 municipalities in Castellón province and to electoral bodies; approximately 600 packages on 50 pallets will be prepared for printed materials. The service also includes collecting surplus electoral materials for delivery to a recycling centre, setting up and dismantling warehouse worktables, and dealing with distribution issues. The contract is not divided into lots and runs from 20 October 2026 to 14 January 2027.
