The Balearic Islands Blood and Tissue Bank Foundation is procuring routine cleaning and additional services for its Mallorca premises in four lots: fixed-price and unit-price routine cleaning, laundry, and extraordinary cleaning. The work covers 1,200 m² of administrative and healthcare premises, five mobile blood collection units, 3,200 kg of healthcare linen to be laundered annually, 1,820 hours of supplementary cleaning and up to 50 hours of extraordinary cleaning; pest control and servicing of seven hygienic containers are also included. The estimated total value of the lots is €312,306.24 excluding VAT, and the contract will run for one year with an option to extend it by one further year.
