Construction works for the adaptation of Espai Bital

Summary

CIRE is procuring the civil works and building installations for the refurbishment of Espai Bital at José Agustí Goytisolo 22–28 in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. The single, undivided contract covers functional and accessibility improvements to the interior, reorganisation of the venue to allow two activities to operate independently at the same time, and landscaping and redevelopment of the outdoor area. The works include building fabric, electrical, ventilation and air-conditioning, audiovisual and other installations; the tender budget is €1,752,548.39 excluding VAT, and the works are scheduled for 24 weeks, with two additional weeks for preparation and coordination.
