Maintenance of Ciudad Real’s low-emission zone and pedestrian-priority-area management platform

Summary

The City Council of Ciudad Real is procuring four years of comprehensive maintenance for its low-emission zone and pedestrian-priority-area management platform, from 17 December 2026 to 16 December 2030. The service covers corrective, preventive, adaptive and evolutionary software maintenance; technical and user support; administration of cloud infrastructure and databases; and maintenance of mobile applications and external integrations. It also includes cloud hosting, firewall and digital-signature services, and dedicated communications links, including a main link of at least 1,000 Mbps and an independent backup link of at least 500 Mbps. The estimated value is €341,320 excluding VAT.
