Winter pruning of large urban and school trees, 2026–2027

Summary

Santa Perpètua de Mogoda is procuring winter 2026–2027 pruning services for large urban street trees and trees on school grounds. The work is intended to maintain tree health and reduce risks to people, traffic and property. The four-month contract is expected to start on 1 December 2026 with preparations; pruning itself will take place from 22 December 2026 to 30 March 2027. The contract is not divided into lots and has no extension. The estimated ceiling is EUR 177,696.21 excluding VAT, or EUR 215,012.41 including 21% VAT. Bidders must offer that amount or less and state VAT separately. Price carries up to 45 points; additional points are available for pruning extra trees, producing risk-tree assessment reports, having premises within 15 km, composting or otherwise reusing waste, and maintaining a 60/40 gender balance in the work team. The total score is up to 100 points. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover, similar work experience and team qualifications, and commit the necessary machinery and vehicles. The principal pruning work must be performed directly by the contractor and may not be subcontracted. The bid must include the required declarations, price proposal and information on the award-criterion improvements.
