The estimated volume is 207,053.25 kWh, or 207.05325 MWh, and may be used to obtain Energy Savings Certificates. The lot comprises an LED upgrade to public lighting, improvements to the building envelope of the town hall and CEIP El Barranco school, and the replacement of two diesel vehicles with electric vehicles. Bidders must offer one unit price for the entire lot of at least EUR 115 per MWh; the transaction is not subject to VAT. The compliant bid with the highest unit price wins. A bidder must be an obligated or delegated party in the Energy Savings Certificate system. The successful bidder bears the costs of verifying the savings and applying for certificates, pays the provisional amount before or when signing the relevant agreement, and submits the certificate application within three months of receiving the necessary documents. Bids are submitted electronically, and a final guarantee of 5% is required.
