Guarding and security services at the Plasencia Sociosanitary Centre and Cáceres CADEX centre

Summary

The procurement covers private security and guarding at two facilities: the Sociosanitary Centre in Plasencia (Lot 1) and the CADEX disability support centre in Cáceres (Lot 2). The services include protecting the centres and the people on site, controlling access, preventing risks and responding to incidents. Lot 1 also includes the security-system installation, maintenance and alarm-monitoring services specified in the tender documents. The initial term is 24 months, with a planned start date of 1 January 2027; an extension may bring the total term to 36 months. The tender is divided into two lots, and bidders may tender for either or both. Additional points are available for extra security hours (up to 600 hours per year), paid discretionary time for staff, valid ISO 45001 or ISO 9001 certificates or equivalent evidence, at least 60 hours of occupational safety training, and service-monitoring reports issued monthly or every two months. Any commitments offered must be delivered during contract performance. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable security-service experience, hold the relevant private-security company authorisation, and ensure that assigned guards hold individual private-security guard licences. The bid must be submitted electronically in Spanish with a responsible declaration, price offer and proposal for the automatically assessed criteria. No provisional tender guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the bid price excluding VAT.
