Summary

The contract covers reception, visitor assistance and auxiliary services at Casa Árabe’s premises in Córdoba for one year, with no extension option. Tasks include opening and closing the premises, receiving and directing visitors, providing basic information about activities, offering basic assistance in English, handling calls and deliveries, and helping prepare rooms for events. The service does not include guarding, protection or other duties reserved for private security personnel. Coverage is required on working days from 08:00 to 14:30 and from 16:30 to 20:00. The premises are normally open to the public from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00; there is no ordinary on-site auxiliary coverage from 14:30 to 16:30. No ordinary service is provided on public holidays or on 24 December and 6 January. The premises are generally closed in August, except that service may be required during the final week. The contractor must ensure uninterrupted coverage and organize staffing levels, shifts and replacements itself. The maximum tender price is EUR 42,840 excluding VAT, or EUR 51,836.40 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion and carries up to 100 points. Bidders must provide the required site-visit certificate and submission documents; proof of economic and technical/professional capacity is waived. Within 15 days after contract formalisation, the contractor must establish an operational base in Córdoba province or a neighbouring province and provide an environmental training programme for the staff.
