Commemorative and advertising services for the 80th anniversary of the Vigo Free Trade Zone Consortium

Summary

The procurement covers three service lots for the 2027 80th-anniversary celebrations of the Vigo Free Trade Zone Consortium. Lot 1 is for planning, managing and buying advertising space for the anniversary and especially the Vigo Global Summit, and for monitoring campaigns across media. Lot 2 covers the concept and design of an outdoor commemorative exhibition, image selection and a new photo report, production of exhibition structures and materials, installation, maintenance, security and removal. Lot 3 covers the artistic and technical design and production of a 10–15-minute anniversary drone show in Vigo using at least 150 drones, including sound, permits, installation and same-day dismantling. The total maximum budget is €580,074 including VAT (€479,400 excluding VAT). Bidders may tender for one or more lots. Lot 1 runs for one year; Lot 2 has a maximum delivery period of six months and Lot 3 of three months. No extensions are planned. Offers must be submitted electronically under an open procedure subject to harmonised procurement rules. Price and quality are assessed: Lot 1 awards up to 80 points for advertising-space discounts and 20 for the technical campaign plan; Lot 2 awards 49 for price, 21 for team experience and 30 for the schedule and resources; Lot 3 awards 49 for price, 11 for additional drones and 40 for the artistic and technical project. Minimum qualitative scores are 10 points for Lot 1, 15 for Lot 2 and 24 for Lot 3. Bidders must provide the required financial and relevant-experience evidence and commit the required team for their lot; the drone-show contractor must also hold the necessary operating permissions and insurance.
