Occupational health and safety prevention service

Summary

The Municipality of Vallehermoso is procuring occupational health and safety prevention services for approximately 95 employees at up to three workplaces. The work covers occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychosocial support, as well as occupational medicine and health surveillance. The provider will assess risks, plan preventive measures, advise and train employees, carry out required workplace-environment measurements, and arrange employee health surveillance and examinations. At least two on-site visits must be made to each workplace annually. Bidders may commit to 4, 6, 8 or 10 visits per year, with additional visits scoring up to 20 points; price scores up to 80 points. The initial contract term is two years, with up to two one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of four years. The estimated budget for the initial two years is EUR 24,000 including IGIC (EUR 12,000 per year); the estimated total value including extensions is EUR 44,859.80. The bidder must hold the required business authorisation and registration, and have sufficient qualified staff, equipment and premises. The team must include a service coordinator who is a senior occupational-risk-prevention technician with demonstrated knowledge and experience. Bids must be submitted electronically and state the price, with 7% IGIC shown separately, the number of visits, and any planned subcontracting.
