Public auction sale of twelve municipal plots

Summary

The Municipality of Valdés is selling 12 municipally owned residential plots in the Los Indianos development in Luarca by public auction. The plots are sold as one indivisible package: bids must cover all plots and their associated obligations. The minimum price is €933,127.64, and price is the only award criterion; the highest compliant bid wins. The plots are consolidated urban land, but some infrastructure works remain outstanding. At its own expense, the purchaser must arrange and pay for the urbanisation works, estimated at €124,665.75, and complete them and obtain municipal acceptance within 24 months. The plots may not be used for tourist accommodation for 10 years from execution of the sale agreement. In addition to the purchase price, the purchaser pays applicable taxes, notarial and land-registration fees, and other transaction costs. Bidders must have legal capacity and must not be legally barred from contracting with the public sector; no economic or technical qualification is required.
