External occupational health and safety prevention services in two lots

Summary

UNED is procuring external occupational health and safety prevention services in two lots to support the protection of 2,704 employees across 12 workplaces in Madrid and Las Rozas. Lot 1 covers occupational medicine and employee health surveillance. Lot 2 covers workplace safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychosociology, including risk assessments and prevention planning, employee training and information, and coordination of preventive activities among companies. The initial contract term is 24 months in 2027–2028, with possible extensions in 2029–2031 up to a maximum of five years. The combined estimated contract value is €1,513,679.45 excluding VAT. The 24-month budget totals €610,484.47 including VAT: Lot 1 is €528,832 and VAT-exempt; Lot 2 is €67,481.38 excluding VAT, or €81,652.47 including VAT. Bidders must submit a technical proposal and price for each lot. Lot 1 is assessed on price and additional medical equipment; Lot 2 on price, additional service hours, supplementary risk assessments and the provision of calibrated measuring equipment. Each lot has a minimum technical score of 15 points. Bidders must hold the required external prevention-service authorization and meet the turnover, professional indemnity insurance, comparable experience and qualified-staff requirements; the precise evidence and thresholds are specified in the suitability criteria.
