Compensatory restaurant vouchers for VIP lounges

Summary

The procurement covers the provision of food and drinks to passengers at Adolfo Suárez Madrid Airport who receive restaurant vouchers when a VIP lounge has reduced capacity because of improvement works or is full. A passenger can redeem a EUR 25 voucher on the day of issue for food and drinks at one participating restaurant or delicatessen shop. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and unused value is not reimbursed. The passenger pays any amount spent above EUR 25. The contractor must provide the offer-listed outlets during their opening hours, check voucher validity, receive and retain redeemed vouchers, and submit a monthly record of vouchers received and redeemed. The bid must cover every listed price item and state one discount percentage to be applied to the unit prices. The contract runs for two years from the start record. Its maximum value is EUR 46,000 excluding VAT; payment is made only for vouchers properly redeemed, and the full budget need not be spent. The technical specification allows the term to be extended if the maximum amount has not been used during the initial term. Bids must be submitted electronically, price is the sole award criterion, and no bid or performance guarantee is required. Bidders must provide the required declarations and be registered in the relevant bidders' register.
