Advisory and implementation services for Cartagena Port Authority’s equality and diversity system

Summary

The tender seeks an integrated advisory and support service for the Cartagena Port Authority’s system for equality, diversity, discrimination prevention and regulatory compliance. The work covers an initial assessment; preparation and updating of the equality plan; pay records and a remuneration audit; job evaluation; anti-harassment protocols; measures promoting equal treatment of LGTBI people; digital communications policies; and technical and legal advice. The bid must include the required register information, declarations and technical proposal. Price carries 65 points, experience implementing equality plans in the public sector up to 10 points, and technical quality up to 25 points; bidders must achieve at least half of the available qualitative points to continue. Civil liability insurance of at least €50,000 is required.
