Management of Narón’s Municipal Library and Play-Centre Services

Summary

The tender covers the integrated management of Narón’s Alto municipal library, Gándara reading agency and Solaina play centre under a single contract. The work includes library services, lending and reader assistance, cultural and reading activities, children’s play and learning activities, user services, activity planning and coordination across the facilities. The play centre serves children aged 2–12; library services are open to all age groups. The contract lasts two years from 16 December 2026, or from the start date specified in the contract, and may be extended by up to a further two years. The estimated value for the initial two-year term is €395,134.57 excluding VAT (€478,112.83 including VAT); the estimated total value including possible extensions is €790,269.14 excluding VAT. Bidders must provide evidence of financial and technical capacity and propose a team with the required qualifications. The play-centre provider must hold the required registration. Tenders must be submitted electronically: the technical proposal in a separate document of no more than 30 A4 pages, with the price offer and any proposed improvements submitted separately. Price is worth up to 41 points, the technical project up to 49 points and other improvements up to 10 points; a technical project score of at least 24.5 points is required to continue in the procedure.
