Voluntary audit of EMVIALSA annual accounts for 2026–2029

Summary

The tender is for independent voluntary audits of the annual accounts of EMVIALSA, the Alcobendas municipal housing company, for financial years 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029. The work includes audit planning, audit procedures, final review of the annual accounts and preparation of an audit report for each year. A draft report must be submitted at least 20 days before the board meeting at which the annual accounts are prepared; the final report must be issued within one month after the accounts are prepared. Fieldwork will generally take place in the morning at EMVIALSA’s office in Alcobendas, and reports must be delivered in both digital and paper formats. The contract runs for four years. Its estimated value is EUR 24,000 excluding VAT (EUR 29,040 including 21% VAT), with a maximum of EUR 6,000 excluding VAT for each audited year. Evaluation: price up to 70 points, work programme up to 28 points and technical-solution quality up to 2 points. Bidders must be authorised to perform audits and meet the turnover, insurance, experience and team requirements. Subcontracting is not permitted, and the contract is not divided into lots.
