Propane gas supply and fixed-tank maintenance for the Terras do Miño Interpretation Centre (Río Rato)

Summary

The contract covers bulk deliveries of commercial propane and maintenance of the underground fixed storage tank and associated equipment at the Terras do Miño Interpretation Centre (Río Rato, Lugo). The gas is used for heating, hot water and cooking. Bidders must offer a propane price adjustment—a surcharge or discount against the published BOE reference price—the price for maintenance and accessories, and standard and urgent delivery times. The surcharge must not exceed €0.40/kg and may have no more than three decimal places; the maintenance and accessories offer is capped at €1,000 excluding VAT. Because of site access restrictions, each delivery is limited to 1,000 kg. The contract runs for one year, with up to three one-year extensions. The first-year budget is €10,400 excluding VAT, or €12,584 including VAT; the estimated value including extensions and planned modifications is €49,920 excluding VAT. No minimum gas consumption is guaranteed, and payment is only for quantities actually delivered. Evaluation awards up to 80 points for the gas price, 10 for maintenance and accessories, and 10 for shorter delivery times. The standard delivery deadline is normally 48 hours and the urgent deadline 24 hours; bidders may offer 24-hour standard and 12-hour urgent delivery. The bidder must be listed as an LPG marketer in the current register published by Spain’s National Markets and Competition Commission and must be registered in the official tenderers’ register by the submission deadline, or have submitted a complete registration application before that deadline. The required responsible declaration and offer covering automatically evaluated criteria must be submitted. Bids must be submitted electronically; the documents set the submission period at 10 working days from publication of the contract notice.
