Voluntary audit of the annual accounts of Terminal Marítima de Zaragoza, S.L. for 2026–2028

Summary

The procurement is for voluntary audits of the annual accounts of Terminal Marítima de Zaragoza, S.L. for the 2026, 2027 and 2028 financial years. The work includes audit planning, review of accounting records and supporting information, necessary audit procedures, coordination meetings and preparation of an audit report for each financial year. At least four in-person meetings must be held each year; the contracting entity may require up to two additional meetings. The audit report is due no later than 15 April and within five working days after the annual accounts for the audited year have been prepared. The estimated contract value is €21,000 excluding VAT; the contract covers the three specified financial years and no extension is planned. The bidder must be an auditor or audit firm registered with Spain’s Official Register of Auditors (ROAC), demonstrate at least six audits of companies’ annual accounts during the previous three years, and name a ROAC-registered lead auditor with at least five years of audit experience. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single file by the deadline in the contract notice, which is ten calendar days from its publication. Price is worth up to 60 points and experience up to 40 points: additional company audits beyond the six minimum qualifying references, the lead auditor’s additional experience, audits of companies with assets of at least €29,353,670, and audits of Spanish public-sector entities are assessed. The bid must include a responsible declaration, a price offer and evidence supporting the claimed experience; the price must include on-site work and travel-related costs.
