Organisation and delivery of Calp’s First Fair of Nationalities

Summary

The contract covers organising, coordinating, setting up, delivering and dismantling the First Fair of Nationalities organised by the Municipality of Calp at the town’s Creativity Park. It is a mixed services-and-supplies contract for an initial one-year term, with no division into lots. It may be extended three times, each extension lasting one year. The maximum budget for the initial term is EUR 14,671.25 including VAT; the estimated total value, including possible extensions, is EUR 48,500 excluding VAT. The work includes temporary lighting and sound equipment, children’s activities, a soundproof 150 kVA generator with transport, legalisation, fuel and connection, toilets, decoration and promotional items, assembly and dismantling of fair stands, and event certifications. Bids must price each service separately and include technical descriptions of the services and all supplied equipment. Missing or incomplete technical descriptions that fail to cover all required supplies may lead to rejection. Bidders must hold any required operating authorisations and registration and submit a signed responsible declaration confirming their legal and contractual capacity, the signatory’s authority to represent them, and the absence of a contracting prohibition. Price accounts for 95 evaluation points. Up to 5 points are available for a corporate volunteering commitment at the fair on 7 November 2026: one employee volunteering for at least four hours earns 2 points; two employees volunteering for at least four hours each earn 5 points. To have the commitment considered, bidders must provide a signed description of the activities, their duration and the employees involved.
