Information, access control and facility-checking services at El Pradillo military site (Ávila)

Summary

The contract is for 12 months of information, access control and facility-checking services at the El Pradillo military site in Ávila, to help protect people, facilities and activities. The service operates every day: the daytime shift is scheduled from 19:00 to 22:00 and from 06:00 to 08:00, and the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00. Duties include controlling the movement of visitors, staff, vehicles, goods and horses; providing visitor information; keeping records of keys, deliveries and lost property; and checking the facilities and horses in the stables. At least four inspection rounds are required during the night shift and one during the daytime service. The contractor must ensure continuous service coverage and appoint a supervisor. The work is to start on 1 December 2026, or on the contract start date if the contract is signed later, and end on 30 November 2027. The estimated value is €75,233.43 excluding VAT and the maximum budget is €91,032.45 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically, and the price must not exceed the ceiling. Price accounts for up to 80 points, an offer of up to 40 free additional hours for up to 10 points, and a commitment to deliver a specialised training course of at least 10 hours for up to 10 points. Tenderers must meet the stated financial and technical capacity requirements, be registered and have experience in similar work. Service staff must be adults, speak Spanish and have relevant experience.
