Services to identify, monitor and assess compliance with COGERSA’s legal requirements

Summary

The contract covers identifying COGERSA’s legal requirements in environmental protection, industrial safety, and occupational health and safety; conducting an initial compliance assessment; keeping the requirements up to date and assessing compliance annually; and providing legal advice. The work covers existing sites and additional facilities that may be brought into operation during the contract, potentially bringing the total to approximately 40. The contractor must provide and implement a Spanish-language online management tool for at least 80 users, train users, and provide technical support in Spanish. The initial identification, assessment, and tool implementation tasks must be completed within one year of contract signature. Changes to legal requirements must be entered into the database within 20 days. The advisory service is capped at 150 hours per year, with responses due within 3 working days. The estimated contract value is EUR 202,620 excluding VAT, and the maximum duration is five years.
