Outpatient medical care and physiotherapy in Galicia

Summary

FREMAP is procuring outpatient medical care and physiotherapy for its patients in Galicia: initial and follow-up medical consultations and physiotherapy until patients are referred to FREMAP’s own medical services. The procurement is divided into five lots covering Vimianzo, Redondela, Nigrán, Carballo and Cangas. Each lot runs for 36 months, with one possible 24-month extension. The total initial budget is €237,777.30; the estimated value including possible extensions and modifications is €443,850.96. VAT is 0%. Services must be provided at a compliant healthcare centre in the relevant municipality, supplied and operated by the contractor. Each centre must provide general medicine and physiotherapy, with at least one suitably qualified doctor and one physiotherapist. Minimum opening hours are six hours per day on four days a week, Monday to Friday, within the 8:00–22:00 period. A patient must be offered a physiotherapy appointment no later than two working days after the request is received. Bidders must quote unit prices; estimated service volumes are not guaranteed. Bids are scored out of 100 points: up to 40 points for price, with the remaining points for an additional doctor or physiotherapist, longer opening hours, additional opening days, digital clinical records, and offered radiology, nursing and physiotherapy facilities. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar services, provide the required healthcare centre, operating authorisation, equipment and staff, and submit the required declarations and evidence. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish. Prices must follow the prescribed forms, and the total entered in the electronic portal must match the amount in the bid file.
