Handling and packing election materials for the 2027 elections

The tender covers the preparation, handling and packing of election materials for the 23 May 2027 elections to the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the island councils and the local entity of Palmanyola. The tender documents state an economic-capacity threshold of 1.5 times the estimated contract value; however, the justification report says bidders in this abbreviated simplified procedure are exempt from proving capacity, so the application of this requirement should be checked in the tender documents. Price is the sole award criterion, worth 100 points; the lowest-priced compliant bid wins. The maximum unit price is €9.72 per box excluding VAT (€11.76 including VAT), and the estimated total budget is €31,755.24 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single envelope with the required declarations and price offer.
