Childcare and supervision during extended school hours

Summary

The contract covers childcare, supervision and activity provision during extended school hours at CRA Serra del Benicadell in Terrateig. The service operates on school days from 08:00 to 09:00 and from 16:30 to 19:00, for up to 3.5 hours per day, with an estimated 6–10 child users. The work includes receiving and accompanying children, ensuring their safety, providing age-appropriate activities, coordinating the service and staff replacements, supporting enrolment administration and assisting families. The contractor must provide the required staff and materials for the activities. The initial contract runs until the last school day of the 2026/2027 school year, with a possible express extension for one further school year, 2027/2028. The initial period is capped at 550 hours and EUR 12,650; the possible extension covers up to 640 hours and EUR 14,720. The maximum unit price is EUR 23 per service hour, and only hours actually delivered and approved will be paid. VAT exemption applies if the statutory conditions are met. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single file within 10 working days. Each bidder may submit one bid, and variants are not accepted. The maximum award score is 100 points: price, up to 49; at least six months of relevant experience of the proposed worker, 26; and at least 10 hours of first-aid training, 25. Evidence of economic or technical/professional capacity is not required, but the bidder must be registered in the national or equivalent regional register, or have applied before the submission deadline. The assigned worker must have a professional profile accepted under the 2026 Plan Corresponsables, and staff with regular contact with minors must have a negative certificate concerning sexual offences and human trafficking.
