External occupational health and safety prevention services for the Bajo Aragón region, 2027–2028

Summary

The contract covers the provision of external occupational health and safety prevention services for the Bajo Aragón region in 2027–2028. The service includes workplace safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied work psychology, and occupational health surveillance. The provider must assess all jobs and premises, prepare and update risk assessments and prevention plans, investigate accidents, conduct safety inspections and emergency drills, and provide staff with occupational safety information and training. The work also includes medical examinations, psychosocial risk assessment, advice and reporting. Coverage extends to existing workplaces and any added during the contract, serving 90 employees in total; up to 100 periodic medical examinations per year are planned. The initial contract term is two years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with a possible two-year extension. The contract is not divided into lots. The maximum price for workplace safety, industrial hygiene and ergonomics is EUR 3,262.84 excluding VAT (EUR 3,948.04 including VAT). The maximum unit price for each medical examination is EUR 47, and up to 100 examinations per year are estimated; this service is VAT-exempt. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points, with up to 50 points for each service component. Bids must be submitted electronically with a signed responsible declaration and price offer. Participation requires registration in the register of accredited external occupational prevention service providers and an own or contracted medical centre in Alcañiz.
