Services for organizing an exhibition marking the 800th anniversary of the Reconquest of Baeza

Summary

The contract covers the complete preparation and delivery of the exhibition “Baeza in the 13th Century: From Almohad al-Andalus to the Kingdom of Castile,” organised to mark the 800th anniversary associated with Baeza’s reconquest. It will be held at the Gaspar Becerra Hall in Baeza from 26 November 2026 to 11 January 2027. The work includes exhibition concept and graphic design; 21 illustrated panels and printed materials; display cases and audiovisual production; professional photography of the objects; layout of an approximately 200-page catalogue; insured specialist transport of artworks and documents, installation and return; room security; and repainting before and after the exhibition. The contractor must appoint a technical coordinator and insure the borrowed objects. The estimated value is €38,760.33 excluding VAT, or €46,900 including VAT; bids must not exceed the budget. Offers are scored out of 100: up to 40 points for the quality-based descriptive proposal, 45 for price, and 15 for an optional commitment to enhanced on-site technical coordination. Bids must be submitted electronically, and bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity.
