Concession to operate butcher’s and fishmonger’s stalls at Sanlúcar de Barrameda Central Market

The concession grants the right to operate one of two stalls in the Central Market of Sanlúcar de Barrameda for up to 25 years, with no extension. Stall 2 is an 8.75 m² butcher’s stall; stall 12 is a fishmonger’s stall with 9.08 m² of total usable area, including 3.76 m² of additional space. A bidder may submit an offer for only one stall and must offer an annual fee above that stall’s minimum. The 2026 minimum annual fees are EUR 1,426.39 for the butcher’s stall and EUR 1,480.17 for the fishmonger’s stall; the fee is adjusted annually in line with the consumer price index or a successor index. Price is the sole award criterion. To participate, bidders must demonstrate legal capacity and economic, technical or professional standing, submit the required bid and supporting evidence, and confirm that their tax and Social Security obligations are current. Technical standing requires experience in similar activities during the previous three years. The successful bidder must provide the required guarantee and insurance and pay the first concession fee. The bid must be submitted by 13:00 within 20 calendar days after publication of the contract notice, using the method and address specified in the tender documents.
