Technical services for Christmas events in Valencia’s Central Park, 2026–2027

Summary

The City of Valencia is procuring technical services for Christmas events in Central Park in 2026–2027. The work covers installation, maintenance and dismantling of sound, lighting and video equipment, stages, marquees and temporary power, together with the necessary technical crew, cleaning, private security, ambulance and firefighting services. Equipment includes, among other items, a 10 × 10 m stage, an 800 m² marquee area, two 100 kVA generators, sound and lighting equipment, and an LED screen of approximately 5.5 × 3 m. The events run from 26 December 2026 to 4 January 2027; preparation begins on 16 December 2026, and the final report is due by 15 January 2027.
