Rental and installation of Christmas and Epiphany lighting 2026–2027

Summary

Alberic is seeking the rental, installation, maintenance and post-holiday removal of Christmas and Epiphany lighting for the 2026–2027 season. The work includes 41 illuminated arches at least 5.5 metres in size, 12 “Bon Nadal” signs at least 6 metres long, LED garlands on trees and palms, 16 illuminated street-lamp decorations, a 3D Christmas tree at least 10 metres tall, and at least seven warm- and cool-white garland strips spanning each of two squares. The lighting must be ready for connection and switched on by 29 November 2026; it must be possible to control switching on and off remotely. The contract also covers electrical-installation legalisation, daily operation and maintenance, and a 24-hour monitoring and repair service, including replacement of failed bulbs. After the festive period, all equipment must be removed and the public space restored to its original condition. The estimated contract value is €31,404.96 excluding VAT, with a ceiling of €38,000 including 21% VAT. Bids are scored for price, worth up to 75 points, and up to 25 points for offering an illuminated 3D Christmas ball, or similar figure, with an interior accessible to several people at once and a minimum area of 4 m². By the submission deadline, bidders must be registered in the national tenderer register or the equivalent Valencian regional register; separate evidence of economic or technical capacity is waived. Bids must be submitted electronically, one per bidder, and variants are not allowed. No bid or final security is required.
