External Occupational Risk Prevention and Health Surveillance Service for Arucas City Council Employees and Workplaces
Summary
Arucas City Council is procuring a comprehensive occupational risk prevention and health surveillance service for its employees and workplaces, including temporary staff and remote work. The service covers occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychology, as well as individual and collective health surveillance. The contractor will update the general risk assessment and prevention plan, measure physical, chemical and biological hazards where required, assess risks and plan preventive measures, train employees, conduct health examinations and issue fitness reports. The service also includes psychosocial risk assessments and support, together with six-monthly and annual health surveillance reporting. The contract runs for two years and may be extended in annual periods for up to two additional years. It is not divided into lots. The estimated maximum budget for the initial two-year term is EUR 302,705.80, including 7% IGIC; payment is based on unit prices for services actually delivered. Tenders are evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: price accounts for up to 70 points and quality criteria for up to 30 points. Tenderers must be duly accredited to provide occupational risk prevention services and meet the turnover, staffing and digital-platform requirements.
