Digital communications and Instagram management services for CIBERFES

Summary

The contract is for digital communications support and management of CIBERFES’s Instagram account, covering the area of healthy ageing and frailty. The contractor must turn research findings into at least one social media post per week, prepare or arrange post copy and visuals, plan the publishing calendar and manage interaction with followers. The service also includes daily community engagement, monitoring performance metrics and submitting a monthly report; all content must be approved before publication by the Scientific Director and CIBER’s Communications Department. The initial contract term is 12 months, with two possible 12-month extensions. The budget is €2,640 excluding VAT and €3,194.40 including VAT. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and provide a social media manager with a university degree in journalism and at least one year of experience in science communication and social media. Price accounts for 80 points and additional relevant experience for up to 20 points.
