Non-residential socio-educational services for children at risk and their families in Gavà

Summary

Gavà is procuring two years of non-residential socio-educational services for children and young people at risk and their families, running from contract formalisation until 31 December 2028, with no extension. The service covers daytime care and activities for children aged 4–15/16; intensive individual, family and group support for families with children aged 7–15/16; and socio-educational support for young people aged 16–18. The contract also includes a family therapist’s contribution to support families with children aged 0–6; the municipality’s own staff will deliver the main service for this age group. The work includes guiding children and families, assessing needs and implementing individual plans, providing support at home and in the community, and coordinating with social, education and health services. In August, the contractor must run a summer programme for children aged 3–14 in two sessions, each with up to 80 places, on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:30, including daily catering and weekly outings. The contractor must provide the team, activities and catering and submit a technical project. The total tender price must not exceed €533,833.20 including 10% VAT. Evaluation considers the quality project, price, and any proposed team supervision and service-launch communications and training plan. The quality project must score at least 24.50 out of 49 points. Participation requires meeting the financial and technical capacity, staffing and child-safeguarding screening requirements.
