Expansion of solar, wind and energy storage at the Urioste fire station

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of an expanded renewable-energy and storage system at the Urioste fire station to increase on-site self-consumption. It is divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes removing existing equipment from Urioste and installing it at the Iurreta station, including increasing storage there to 60 kWh; adding 61 kWp of rooftop solar capacity at Urioste; installing approximately 240 kWh of battery storage with backup capability; and providing monitoring across the technologies. Lot 2 covers the installation of three vertical-axis wind turbines rated at 1 kW each, for a total of 3 kW. The work also includes electrical connections, control and protection equipment, system monitoring, and the administrative legalisation of the installations. The maximum bid price excluding VAT is EUR 181,675.51 for Lot 1 and EUR 67,996.15 for Lot 2. Bidders must submit a compliant electronic bid and demonstrate that they meet the qualification and technical requirements.
