Supply of transformer substations and medium- and low-voltage electrical cables for the La Carlota urban development

Summary

The tender covers the supply of medium- and low-voltage cables and transformer-substation equipment for the electrical infrastructure serving Blocks 2 and part of Block 16 in the La Carlota urban development. Bidders may apply for either or both lots, and the lots may be awarded to different suppliers. - Lot 1: copper and aluminium cables in various cross-sections, together with earthing accessories; estimated value €277,556.02 excluding tax. - Lot 2: two transformer substations, each with two 630 kVA transformers, plus medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage panels, auxiliary and safety equipment, and prefabricated buildings; estimated value €191,029.46 excluding tax. - The total estimated value is €468,585.48 excluding tax and €566,988.43 including tax. Bidders must price every unit in the lot(s) they apply for. A bid with a total price of zero or above the relevant lot budget is not accepted. Price is the sole award criterion, and variants are not permitted. - Deliveries are to the La Carlota Industrial Estate. The contract runs for 15 months, with a 12-month execution period. Each order must be delivered within 30 days of Tragsa’s formal request for Lot 1 and within 90 days for Lot 2. The bid deadline is 19 October 2026 at 14:00. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements for each lot applied for and provide technical evidence that the proposed products comply with the specifications. The bidder with the best-ranked offer must submit supporting documents before award and provide a 5% performance guarantee, increased to 10% if its bid is abnormally low.
