Supply of aggregates for construction of the new Getafe fire station

Summary

The procurement covers delivery of soil, sand, artificial graded aggregate and gravel for construction of the new fire station in Getafe, including delivery to the site at Calle de la Cieguecita, Getafe. It is divided into four lots: (1) suitable soil, 12,000 tonnes; (2) 0/6 mm river sand, 500 tonnes, and mortar sand, 1,500 tonnes; (3) ZA 0/20 artificial graded aggregate, 3,500 tonnes; and (4) 20/40 mm gravel, 450 tonnes, and 20/40 mm recycled gravel, 250 tonnes. Soil and ZA 0/20 aggregate must meet at least the quality requirements of PG3; the technical requirements for all materials are set out in the tender documents. The total estimated value is €276,375 excluding tax (€334,413.75 including tax). Lot budgets excluding tax are €168,000, €36,000, €59,500 and €12,875 respectively. Bidders may apply for one or more lots but must quote all unit prices required for each lot applied for. The supply contract runs for 21 months, with an 18-month performance period starting when the contract is signed. Each partial order must be delivered within three working days; delivery within one working day earns 6 evaluation points and delivery within two working days earns 3 points. Price is worth up to 94 points. Zero-value bids and bids exceeding the lot budget are inadmissible. Submit the bid electronically by 14:00 on 16 October 2026. Initially, bidders must provide a signed European Single Procurement Document declaring compliance with the qualification criteria. The best-ranked bidder must provide evidence of turnover and similar supply experience before contract award. Neither a preliminary nor a final guarantee is required.
