The contract covers the supply and installation of kitchen furniture and household appliances in eight dwellings in the building at 21–23 Nueva Dentro, Vitoria-Gasteiz. The contractor must install the kitchens and connect the appliances to the existing electrical, water, drainage and fume-extraction systems. The delivery period is two months from contract signature. The estimated value and maximum bid price are €66,800 excluding VAT (€80,828 including VAT); the contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. Tenderers must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €100,000 in one of the last three financial years and provide evidence of similar supplies delivered during the last three years. Bids are scored up to 55 points: price accounts for up to 50 points, more energy-efficient appliances for up to 4 points, and extended warranties for up to 1 point.
