Communication and event organisation services for the ACTIV-N European project

Summary

The tender concerns communications, outreach and event organisation services to support NEIKER’s ACTIV-N European project. The contractor will plan and produce materials aligned with the project’s visual identity, such as brochures, posters and roll-up displays; create social media and audiovisual content; and prepare at least three newsletters. The contractor must organise at least three events for stakeholders in the project study area, as well as the project’s final event and one field visit. The work also includes event logistics, attendee registration, minutes and summaries, an activity calendar and follow-up reporting. Two project videos must be edited and delivered in formats suitable for digital channels. Materials for distribution in the Basque Country are to be produced in Basque and Spanish, while English is to be used for evidence or contributions submitted to the project; materials may use two languages at a time, depending on the audience. Inclusive, non-sexist language is required. The team leader must have more than five years of relevant experience in communications, outreach and event organisation. Collectively, the team must have Basque at C1 level and English at C1 level, and every team member must speak Spanish. The bidder must substantiate the team’s qualifications and experience and specify each member’s role. The offer must state the price and whether equality training is offered; the successful bidder must provide the required evidence and definitive guarantee. Materials must be delivered to NEIKER, and the contractor must comply with data protection, confidentiality and third-party rights requirements. Offers are assessed on the basis of the best quality-price ratio.
