Access Road and Essential Services to Pletes Velles

Summary

The contract covers construction works to improve access to the Pletes Velles farmhouse and provide it with essential services in Fígols. The steep mountain track, currently in poor condition, is to receive a concrete surface so that it can be used by all types of vehicles. Potable water and a fibre-optic connection must also be brought to the farmhouse, with the service lines buried alongside the new concrete road surface. The works must be completed within 2 months, and the contract is not divided into lots. The estimated cost is €61,211.02 excluding VAT; the tender budget including 21% VAT is €74,065.33. Bids are scored out of 100 points: up to 80 points for additional concrete paving (up to 1,000 m², within 2.5 km of the Pletes Velles access road), 10 points for a shorter completion period (up to 4 weeks earns 10 points; up to 6 weeks earns 5) and 10 points for extending the warranty (5 points per additional year, up to 2 years). The standard warranty period is at least 1 year. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, be registered in the required tenderer register and provide the required declarations and evidence.
