Supply and installation of a covered pergola at Juan Ramón Jiménez School

Summary

The contract covers dismantling and removing the deteriorated pergola and supplying and installing a new covered pergola in the courtyard of Juan Ramón Jiménez School in Becerril de la Sierra. The new structure will shelter school entrances from sun and rain. The work includes surveying the installation area, preserving or restoring the existing ground surface, and carrying out necessary repairs during the warranty period. The structure must use hot-dip galvanized steel and insulated aluminium roof panels; requirements include rainwater drainage, UV protection, weather resistance and at least 2.5 m of clear height. The installation comprises two groups of modules, approximately 29.2 × 2.6 m and 64.5 × 2.1 m. The execution period is up to three months, and bidders may offer a shorter period. The estimated value is EUR 98,499.87 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is EUR 119,184.84 including VAT. Evaluation awards up to 48 points for price, 30 for an extended warranty and 22 for a shorter execution period. Offers must be submitted electronically and include technical documentation demonstrating compliance and a work plan. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable past experience; newly established companies may meet the technical-capacity requirement through experienced personnel. During the work, the contractor must protect pupils and school premises, sort and properly manage waste, and preferably work outside teaching hours.
