Construction Supervision and Health and Safety Coordination for Accessibility Improvements Around Teatro Cortés and the Earthquake Museum

The Municipality of Almoradí is procuring construction supervision and health and safety coordination services for works to improve accessibility and the urban environment around Teatro Cortés and the Earthquake Museum. The works aim to improve pedestrian access, remove barriers and create safer, more inclusive public spaces. The construction period is planned for five months. The service covers pre-construction preparation and supervision, quality, schedule and cost control, monthly measurements and certificates, health and safety coordination, and final and warranty documentation. The works director and health and safety coordinator must each visit the site at least once a week; one suitably qualified professional may perform both roles. The estimated service contract value is EUR 39,876.56 excluding VAT (EUR 48,250.64 including VAT), and the bid price must not exceed the pre-tax ceiling. Evaluation awards up to 75 points for qualifying past experience and 25 points for price. Tenderers must demonstrate the required insurance and previous service experience, propose a suitably qualified team and submit their bids electronically with the required declarations and evidence. The contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
